Amazon authenticator app download
I am being told that i can download an Authenticator App to my PC, if i do not have a mobile. The two suggested, Microsoft and Google, both seem to run only on mobiles and not PCs, which leaves me back at square one.
The Microsoft one states that it will not work on my system. I am not sure about the Google one, it seems to geared for Androids, or whatever they are called.
So any ideas as to what i can do? It is an authenticator app and it works with Amazon. I have done this and all was fine for a few hours logged off then had to go through it all over again every time I try and get on Amazon an absolute nightmare.
Just replying to my post to add that Authy will ask for a phone number when you set it up, in order to send a validation code of their own.
